How would you Handle this situation?
I work for a small Pet grooming family circle run buisiness, I enjoy be near them for 10 years, just now my boss asked me to be a groom shop checker on Saturdays, (He have another hand mon - fri for manager) I excepted the position, my problem however is , we enjoy a member -time 70 year dated groomer who have be on my hindmost ever since I started administration. She sticks her muzzle into every situtaion that arrises, and argues beside me in the order of everything she can deduce of! She will even argue surrounded by front of the customers. She other have to be right, and will not consent to anything be in motion once she starts rag roughly it, it go on for hours. Then she gossip roughly what happen near anyone who will listen. Extremely annoying and self-conscious for everyone! I own spoken next to my boss on 3 different occations nearly this , and he only seem to sweep it lower than the hearth rug, and tell me "oh she'll obtain over it and verbs." VERY FRUSTRATED!! Please offer me some counsel, on handling her and my bosses attitude.

I intuitively would not want to work surrounded by this environment. Sounds close to your boss have poor mgmt skills and a happy-go-lucky attitude. The 70 yr elderly groomer requests to be sit down and read the riot achievement. Arguing to the front of customers is extremely unprofessional!
Does she ever work beside the other superintendent? How does this other controller operate beside her? Maybe purely ask the other proprietor for some tips...
Keep giving her bits and bobs to do...every time she starts at you, later articulate "Oh could you please sort out the sinks or anything." Just do it everytime she starts on you and she'll soon get hold of the message that you are superior to her...if she outright defy you after you'll own to report her again.
If she argues near you, freshly say aloud.."This isnt the time to discuss it" and tramp away.
There really isn't anything that you can do seeing how your boss doesn't come across to want to do anything. As for the customers or other workers if they complain he may listen; but, I don't guess that you should recount them to do this.
You are surrounded by a lock in 22 position. If you hang on to complaining your boss may have a feeling that you are a problem and he afterwards will or could be consent to budge of as an member of staff. All you can do is hope business drops stale when she is working. Or, that you find another place to work.
