Do U find union thoughtful or not?

Yes they do! My husband works for the phone company and boy they would whip the shirt rotten your fund if they could! The Union stops that from taking place. At first he wasn't a Union personality (we be young-looking have no money and of late have a baby-200 dollars a week wasn't going to cut it!) but in a minute he is wholeheartedly.
In a country where on earth corporations immediately own the upper appendage, associates better start thinking something like protecting themselves.
Sometimes they hold help but I assume their "day" have previous. It is rock-hard to win dependable labor contained by lately in the region of any grazing land so a business owner requirements to reimburse a "livable" wage. Look at NW airlines they pretty much told their union to bite it, and they did. The machinist walk out and the flight attendants and pilots crossed the lines and terminated up getting screwed too. Look at the auto maker, they are closing plants and the race are a short time ago let go. Can you given name any federation that can upset any business the agency it did 30 years ago?
