Answers:
The better put somebody through the mill should be ~ how do I procure over my social anxiety?

Why allow it to rule you and control your time ~ including your financial existence?

I'm a shy entity too ~ when I'm away from the notebook. But I've skilled myself to put the shyness bringing up the rear me when needed. At work, I own to be surrounded by the forefront, during meeting, giving presentations, etc. It's strong, but I do it.

Instead of hiding at the back your anxiety and allowing it to control you, you transport the front. And don't settle for 2nd best jobwise only just because of it. Talk to your doctor if required. I'm sure within is something available to control this.

Good luck to you.
I don't know that I'd consider pharm. tech low stress. I hold a friend who does that for the CVS drugstore secure, and he regularly get home from work adjectives contained by a snarl...annoyed at the customers, the insurance companies he have to accord next to, and/or the pharmacists.

I can relate to your problem though. I other try to find job where on earth I can work surrounded by the framework and stay busy, but mostly agreement solely next to other workforce and not outside those...customer service type job aren't biddable for ancestors next to social anxiety unless the desire is to force yourself to hold contact near others.

Good luck!
Essentially, any available job within which you are self-directed can be a accurate contest for someone next to SAD. There are scads of organization and factory job where on earth you train for a while, after you're gone alone to do the errand. Computers, medical transcription or coding, insurance or HMO paperwork and claims processing, proofreading or copy editing, assembly splash work, landscape, tree surgery, plumbing, heat and cooling repair or installation, electrician... the possibilities are continuous.

SAD nation can knob stress only just fine, when it's from non-human sources. (Massive workload? Difficult work? No problem.) If you enjoy difficulties next to stress, you may own more issues than simple SAD. Have you be "officially" diagnosed, or is this a self-diagnosis?

Consider job contained by which you're working beside clients who are not demanding. How something like working near animals, developmentally disabled individuals, small children, or the elderly?
I also hold Sad and work contained by human services the forced interaction help surrounded by my valise . That said if ur grip does not allow u to do that Driving a rig may be be honourable choice pays ably and lots of time to urself. Also working the overnight shift
is repeatedly low push button. I dis not approaching it because of sleep disruption but other loved it gettin salaried to read see tv. Computer prgramming may also work for u.

Though its rock-hard u may want to try and face dad to some extent next adopt I rob Lexapro for dpressin I hear Paxil well brought-up 4 it 2 collaborate u dr.

Good luck surface better
