Is medical billing and coding a dutiful charge or not?

Hi, I would advocate you to stay away from medical coding. I did this for a year. First I have to complete the community college program, took me a year after that to finally seize a employment doing medical coding. There is a giant emergency for medical coders, but not for inexperienced coders.
I found coding exceptionally difficult and stressful. One really have to know so much in the region of disease and surgeries, surgical technique, etc. For example, have to read coronary bypass surgeries and count how tons arteries be bypassed, be the autogenous saphenous vein used or mammary artery or thoracic artery used? Was extracorporeal circulation used (heart lung machine)? Was nearby prolonged power-driven freshening after the procedure? Not to mention after training you are expected to congregate on a daily basis production standards.
This is purely a tiny piece of medical coding. They don't start beginners on these surgeries but I'm trying to show how involved this is. It's difficult to find a post where on earth you with the sole purpose code one specialty, close to simply cardiology or solitary radiology. Most places expect you to do a bit of evertyhing, inpatient and outpatient.
