Are truck drivers allowed lunch break?
An hourly rewarded truck driver. For a construction company beside 150 workforce.
Was told by a foreman that company does not allow drivers to stop for lunch. They earnings me for the time. I be also told no 15 minute break. All other organization win lunch except truck driver
Is this allowed contained by Florida?
If I purloin a lunch break anyway and I capture fired for that can I sue them?
I really basically similar to time for lunch so if it's endorsed I can update company they can not inform me to work thru lunch.
Also I enjoy tried Department of Labor but zilch form them yet

typically if you work an 8 hour morning, you are allowed at most minuscule a 30minute (unpaid) lunch break. you are allowed a 15minute (paid) break per 4 hours work.
but i don't know if that's one and only for california. =\
