I work 72 hour shifts and dont receive remunerated for adjectives my time. Is this trial?
Okay I am currently working a 9 sunshine shift for the woman I am caregiving for. I am working a total of 216 hours but I am one and only getting remunerated for 27 of those hours at 9.15 an hour. I am generally working a 3 daytime 72 hour shift but I still one and only gain compensated for working 8 hours a time. Is this even legally recognized? Is in that anything that I can do to craft it right?

If it is a volunteer position, afterwards it is court.
It is better if you variety an agreement first previously you work for your boss, especially when dealing next to your responsibilities / duties and rights as in good health as your wages.
If the boss breaks the agreement within the contract, it is recommended if you ask her first around your wage. If she rejects it, consequently you can forward this business to the court.

It depends on your employment agreement... unless you are a contractor or remunerated by hour, working beyond hours does not draw from you extra earnings...
