A thank you missive for a brief today.I necessitate rather direction:)?

I have a brief interview today...the business organization be Business-casual setting. I am writing a Thank you email. There be two family who be within the interview (both did ask question and talk next to me).
I needed to ask if I could write it to one personage (I with the sole purpose hold his email) or if I could include two different name on the one? HERE IS THE EMAIL:

Dear John XXXXXX:

It be really amusing to speak beside both yourself and Mary today roughly the Accounting Administration position at Alliant Communications. The position seem to be an excellent meeting for my skills and interests.

In PS to my enthusiasm, I will bring to the position strong customer service skills, computer scholarship, and the gift to work as a squad player.

I appreciate the time you took to interview me. I am vastly interested in working for you and look forward to audible range from you in relation to this position.

Does this nouns OK? It be a pretty relaxed and being silly atmosphere - not a stuffy one:)

I double checked next to my husband (I read it aloud to him) as he's more comfortable beside these situations than I and he stated that the reminder sounded fine the method it is. Seeing as you one and only enjoy the one email, you can't really be fault for not sending it to the other personality who also interviewed you. Since you are referencing the other entity who also asked question, you're at smallest acknowledge their existence - not a soul should purloin it to heart :), especially since it's a business unconcerned atmosphere and not a stuffy one. From what I take back contained by my classes support within institution in the order of business formalities and message writing, you're memo is covering adjectives the basis, and should be sent as so. I don't see anything wrong near it and flawless luck beside the career! :)

Yes, it's a remarkably biddable perception to transport an email to both your interviewers, but I chew over you could still integer out the second character's email address (look at the John's email - is it firstname.lastname(a)company.com or similar?), or even give the name the receptionist and ask. Send them both separate emails; don't copy the other one.

One stylistic change I would sort:

It be enormously lovely speaking near you and Mary today (or "next to you and John today")

That's a sound follow up. Straightforward and to the point. Good luck next to the employment!
I worked next to a Fortune 100 company for over 25 years. I other took it as a positive when an applicant took the time to write me an email or communication (in the olden days lol) much resembling what you wrote. Some society might see it as pushy but mostly they will see your actual interest in the mission. It sounds nice and I would fire up you to transport it to both relations who interviewed you or if one is the primary consequently in recent times to them. I would name and acquire the email address that you are missing so that you can dispatch to both.
I would work beside the first and closing dash. I dont similar to your vent or your downfall.

Opening Line.

(Reason for redeploy, I didnt close to the word agreeable, and the second dash I didnt similar to the word seem. That expresses doubt. Like it might be a devout fit, take rid of the doubt.)

Also, I didnt similar to the later vein it seem once again that you be doubting if you have the opportunity. You own to assume surrounded by this missive you are accepting the charge. Those are my suggests, Im sure oodles will enjoy other great philosophy. Use them adjectives. Otherwise your memorandum be correct, but it seem standard. You want your missive to be the one that stands out.

As per the other poster. I wouldnt email it, I would put it on resume style composition and drop it rotten, even if its to the secretary. But it contained by an envelope, and address them seperately. Everybody loves a memorandum that have their christen on top. With Mary's entitle CC at the bottom. And sign the damn article.
Send it to John if i.e. the solely email you enjoy and refer to Mary, that is to say agreeable. Tighten up the email a bit past sending, you are thank them for their time, and the opportunity to speak beside them, don't verbs to flog yourself to them, you already did that at the interview.
Change first paragraph to something resembling this:
I enjoy speaking beside you and Mary today nearly the Accounting Administration position at Alliant Communications.
Cut out the second paragraph, you already made those statements clear in the interview. Last paragraph could walk close to this: Thank you for the time to you took to interview me, and I look forward to audible range from you about this position.
