I work 32 hours per week, my boss requirements to increase my hours?
however, I own two infantile kids to bump up by myself and I receive state assistance. If I increase my hours my assistance will travel down and I will not hold the time needed to tend to my kids. How do I put together my boss realize?

Have you explained your situation to him, and asked him to not increase your hours? That would be a moral place to start.
Ahhhh. no pity from me! I too raise my kids by myself, and worked full time plus, but I did not want state assistance as I feel it would cripple me from getting ahead. Look at it as an opportunity to get ahead! State assistance is OK if you are desperate, but , if you want to get ahead, specifically not going to do it!
