Will employer surmise I'm a assignment hopper?

I'm trying to find a full-time position and be wondering if employer will look at me as a job-hopper due to my resume. I've be getting 1 year contract positions, as a result, I hold 3 job contained by 3 years. I'm still working at my 3rd chore right very soon, but I'm really yearning to find some place full-time. I know employer foreboding job-hoppers. Does my resume look similar to a job-hopper? Should I mention on the resume those are contract positions? Or what should I do?

Also, I know in that's the "If you stay on contract too long. Then employer will single look at you as a contractor" conception. How long can a being run on contract since that happen?
