I be consequently informed that I could not complete work in a credible amount of time. In May 07 I be diagnosed as have dyslexia. In June I have an assesment completed by Occupational strength highlighting areas that could be enhanced within the work place. To date nought have happen. Instead I be informed as the disaplinary process have already started, I could own 6 weeks past individual forced out or opt for re deployment. My interrogate is contained by vision of the glum campain, if I opt for volantary redundacny would I know how to calim severance benifit

A claim for benefit would depend on how much of a pay-off you go and get and your National insurance contributions, but you could indubitably apply for it.
I am not sure how contained by your current position, you would be made redundant. This could single come about if the post that you currently occupy disappears. This does not appear to be the travel case.
