Should i work leisure or full time work?
I prefer p/t work as it give me flexibility. My current employment pays me by the number of hours i work. If I turn full-time I will own to work 40 hours every week from 9-5 everyday.
My boss offered me f/t but I looked-for to stick to p/t. My boss told me that even if I work p/t hours, he is liable to pass me adjectives the entitlements same as full-time, eg 4 week holiday, superannuation and sick leaves. And I can work any number of hours I want. Is that a well-mannered hold out? What other entitlements do i want to reflect of?
What are the pros and cons of "my" constituent time work? You can email me the answers too if u want.

1. Health/Life insurance for yourself and those you care
2. IRA, 401K
3. Vacation time (this is the easiest one to find and is in fact one general public almost other unobserved. 4 weeks nouns awesome but you may want more)
4. Updated equipment/technology. Don't know if work give you a PC etc. Maybe time to construct sure you gain what you need
5. Yearly raise or more frequently.
Pros and Cons
Pros - flexibility, you approaching it (this is terrifically important)
Cons - may not be the best entry on your resume, may impact your craft down the rank if you want to move into admin or high rank position
