You'll hold to be creative. :) Michigan is a bit depressed right in a minute. I would monitor the MESC as powerfully as adjectives the usual sites next to keyword "Michigan" - Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
I also still find reporters to be of use, and I'm even surrounded by the tech industry where on earth you wouldn't expect that as much. Unless you are target a specific city I'd look at Grand Rapids, Detroit and Lansing reporters.
