It's so unreasonable that she make more money that me when I'VE BEEN HERE LONGER!!?

I started my livelihood near the firm I work for 2years and 2months ago. A colleague started here 11 months ago. She started on pretty much duplicate starting remuneration that I did, but I found out yesterday that she make more money than me. Only give or take a few lb500 a year but it's still injustice as she doesn't work harder than me, and I be on more than her when she started here.

I can't confront my arranger as we're prohibited to discuss pay cheque, and I can't report her for doing that as she's my friend. Everyone say she's her manager fondness. But near's really no point for that. It's true but I can't recognize why her officer like her so much, she doesnt work that concrete, and her manager straight so she wouldnt fancy her.

What can I do?

And I believe the more faithful most tough working member of staff deserves to be appreciated and should be rewarded more. Maybe you should only ask your boss if you might know how to bring a lift up anytime soon since you've be next to the company such a long time.

i wouldnt verbs something like it. uve be making that money at that duty for over 2 years so u appreciably similar to the career correct? The money get the bills remunerated and i would purely speak about u not to verbs around other ethnic group contained by duration. wallow in wut u own and 500 is not too much more
