Work stress?
I work in a small nursing home and near are these few people I work next to that seem to other piont out others faults. It's getting to the piont that it is massively erritating and stressful to work or even be around them. How do I handle my stress or my attitude around the residents??

if your supervisor does not address the situation in a timely posture, then nick it up with the personality above him/her. Ultimately, if you can overcome the stress, then find another mission. It is likely that you will frontage the same entry everywhere you go, so weigh your option carefully.
