IS mutual or beside consent sharing of obscene,fully fledged messages by cell phones not permitted (transmission)?India?
IF some four friends next to their wishes or consents transport to respectively other & receive from respectively other ,obscene developed messages through their mobile phones ; will such work be an misdeed according to Information Technology Act India clause 67 because of transmitting or circulating information obscene in electronic form??

officially iffy, but handling can just be taken one one of u complaints against the other. if u dispatch s obscene message to me and i complain to police, u can be caught , but if i resembling the message and dont vote anything the issue ends.
