Laid rotten from a employment, should I put on my resume?

1) I be "laid off" from a career pay for within 2004 for timing in too hasty (15mins) than I be suppose to. Should I put on my resume I be out of work or should I simply exclude it completely. Im currently apply for an entry-level sale associate position that relates to some skills I bookish from the profession I be "laid off" at.
2) Im afraid of the employer contacting them also. Do i articulate it's ok to contact my current employer? Should I tale in the region of the contact number?

Answers:
Include the company on your resume. Don't mention person out of work unless it asks on the application. Keep it brief as you did here and highly wrought singular if asked during the interview.
