The General Manager leaves while on the clock.?

Ok, so My GM leave work while on the clock. he get compensated to do what ever he is doing. NOT WORK. next whites him self out the subsequent hours of daylight. or comes contained by then and clocks out. He is hourly because he be never around when on Salery. Is this Legal contained by California? if its not where on earth would I find it in writing?

A General Manager is usually salaried and OFTEN works more than a 40 hr week... Even if he is hourly you own no belief what he is doing when he leaves..may be going to a talks beside the owner, accountant, mound etc. while you assume he is going home .. it's none of your business to monitor his time..if he is not doing the charge the owner will eventually fire him. GM's habitually work profoundly more than 40 hrs a week .. you may not be aware of everything he is doing ..so mind your own business and do your livelihood!!
