2) Ignore the "assignments" he/she give to you.
3) Tell your boss you involve some help out near your work and you'd close to to farm out some of it to that individual. But singular if your boss give you the ok...in a minute the table enjoy turned and you hold bureaucrat power over this entity (from your boss).
4) Pull that individual aside and simply speak "You're not my boss. Stop acting resembling it and in a minute." If he or she protests...propose to enjoy this same conversation near your boss present.
