My friend have worked for a nursing home in the kitchen for 15 years as a cook . Her boss wrote her up and she file a grievance against her and presently it is going to arbitration .Her boss have turned co- works against her. These personnel can do like things and never carry wrote up for them .Her boss suspended her for 4 days and after 7 days and put her on administrated give up your job for 4 days. Then demoted her to food service. She come subsidise to work for 4 days after her boss call her on the phone at home and fired her. The coalition have never received a termination daily and it have be 5 days. But my friend get one contained by the correspondence. Can anyone tender me any proposal on how to help out her. My friend have deeply of tabloid work she have be keeping track of things going on around her where on earth everyone is not person treated like peas in a pod and she be self singled out adjectives the time and not a soul else is.
