i've be call b4 and she speaks exceptionally exceptionally particularly vigorous. LIke Shinkansen!!

Let the interviewer know that you know english but if she can lately speak a bit slower for you that would aid you answer the query more accuratley beside out any misunderstanding. If she is professional she should understand and comply or she may ask if you would be comfortable beside a translator on the row.
calm down...breathe. if you can't infer, don't be afraid to ask her to repeat the press. only stay serenity and meditate. that other works.
