Getting into TGIFridays...?
I go from serving at a friendlys to a government position within blockbuster. Long story short, this post only isnt for me, i breed much more money as a server. my store leader at BB loves me, and i can use as an amazing suggestion.
i go into a fridays on sit and spoke to the store manager- long story short, i 'wowed' him. he give me his card and said to name tomorrow if i dont catch a give the name first. the solely entity i see working against me is they a short time ago hired 3 servers and the store coordinator doesnt know be the serving negotiator stands... im awesome as a server- and righteous at interviews... but do you deem in that is anything i can do to relieve ensure that i will at lowest possible be gien a shot? any restraunt hiring manager out in attendance?

My experiences at TGIF is that you enjoy to telephone call them after an interview. There is a pretty worthy casual that the serving controller will not bid. When I worked here, they would put adjectives of the "prospective" applications within a pile and lurk for them to ring up fund. I deduce calling will increase your likelihood. The training at TGIF is ridiculous and customarily last a week for class room and next 5-7 follow shifts. So you might not be taking table for 3 weeks. As to the certainty that they in recent times hired 3 modern servers that shouldn't hurt you to doomed to failure unless that store just starts training on the first.
