Working for Macy's?
I applied at Macy's today and be going to check stern tomorrow and discuss to the hiring superior. I be wondering...can they fire you if you don't bring back so several citizens to sign up for their credit cards a week? I've hear they can and I've hear they can't. I also be wondering if it be possible to work within a department where on earth you only just fashion an hourly rate and don't hold to work rotten of commission.

Alot of businesses can fire you for no apology at adjectives so technically yes they can fire you for not selling so abundant credit cards. In adjectives actuallity i dont believe they will though because not outstandingly copious empire buy those cards and within comparison to everyone who works at every macys within the US near are especially few population who enjoy the cards..i believe this is false. Not sure almost the commission piece..
I'm not sure if they fire you or not, but my sister worked at JC Penny, and her coordinator of late told her to form up the name, as long as they enjoy the slips chock-full out, it doesn't event. Haha. So I guess you can do that. And in the order of the departments, I'm really not sure, but I wouldn't surmise so. I imagine they adjectives work past its sell-by date of comission.
Macy's is entirely commission unless you work as sale support. The credit cards arent a big matter only ask everyone. i've never see anyone obtain fired for it... they a short time ago hound you and try to catch you to do more. merely ask everyone and they cant vote anything... most other department stores foot hourly and not on comission, but i would try the commission article. you probably won't do too fruitless if your store is busy, and you own the potential to kind deeply more money...
