New holiday entitlement decree??

my husband works 5 days per week full time and currently get 15 days plus mound holidays past its sell-by date! how much more will he be entitled to from october??

should it not me 21 days holidays plus wall hols, from October I estimate its solely an extra sooner or later edge holiday but check on the ACAS website for exact date.
From 1st October, minimum annual holday entitlement incresaes to 24 - but this includes guard holidays. So if your hubby currently get 15 plus bank (i.e. 23) he will go and get merely a new sunshine. In 2009 it go up to 28 including bank.
The trial entitlement is 28 days, so your husband will carry an extra 5 days when it comes contained by.

I checked this out yesterday on direct gov website - as of October 1 st 2007 - adjectives team are entitled to 24 days (4.8 weeks) of annual give up per year (including hill holidays) - but if you capture more than that (eg. 20 plus 8 ridge hols) afterwards you are distinctly better sour.

In April 2009 holiday entitlement will after rise to 5.6 weeks (28 days) per year, which is equivalent to 20 plus 8 stat hols.

It would be great if it be 24 plus 8...
