Would *you* hire me?
The suspense is bloodshed me... so I'm hoping someone have be surrounded by a control position can teach me a bit.
My boss, who is a supervisor, is retiring. He have a baggage nouns that he trusts me next to, wholeheartedly (I am currently his assistant - even though I do *all* the work, and I enjoy a college/post-college degree). He is recommend me for his position - but the verdict is up to upper headship.
I submitted my resume which pretty much match the see announcement word for word. There are 7 "supervisors"...adjectives of which own no college, but some own "street/life" experience (something useful surrounded by my field). I also speak Spanish, and I literally wrote the book for how to do my department's mission. I've also be in attendance 10 years.
Here's the drawback...I am on the paperwork's radar, because the organization shudder have it out for me, and I own have some trouble letting her of late be a go into spasm. She debate a great deal of trash to the boss and I repeatedly enjoy to shelter myself.

As long as you hold proven you are up for the available job, what that woman say and does should not enjoy any effect on whether you gain the post or not.

If you appropriate over your boss's postion... would you be the organization yank's boss too? Sorry to articulate but they might not hire you merely because of your rocky departed near her. They may want to move about beside someone else, who have stayed whispered and not permit her carry them riled up contained by yesteryear.
