How do I report my boss I want to work proletarian because full time is interfering next to my "second employment?"
A former stay at home Mom, I immediately work 9-5 at a small internet company and hold be for times gone by year. My son is of age so coming home to an uninhabited house is not an issue. And my two daughters will be attending an after academy program. Like ALL working parents, I am finding myself "slacking" in my "second" available job.people, household chores etc,
So for adjectives you working parents out in that, how should I inform my boss that I stipulation to work segment time because overall it is best for my nearest and dearest?

You really don't owe your boss that explanation. Family is the single entry that comes after GOD. If to be precise what you want, afterwards communicate him the truth, he will respect you more.
