What do employer..?

What do employer own to do formerly they phone the party they interviewed and want to hire? As in do they own to digit out schedule and settle and everything similar to that and more?? Can you explain to me what they own to do and how long it usually take? Because this is the item... it is at a gym for a front desk position and I have my first interview closing wednesday and the guy is a personal trainer that hires and he told me that he would own the FINAL ruling on who they would hire at the LATEST by ultimate friday and they didnt and never call me. Then yesterday morning they call me surrounded by for a second interview and told me i needed to parley to the hours of darkness checker cuz thats who i would be working next to mostly and he said he considered necessary to hire me ( the 2nd guy ) and said he will carry rear legs at me by today but didnt. He said adjectives he needed to do be update the first guy that interviewed me to HIRE ME!! So why didnt they call for me when they said they would? Thanks!

You're going to be hired according to one fellow--I don't know why you are so concerned that they didn't hail as you when they said they would? They may own even offered the errand to someone who turned it down and you be the second choice. I suggest of late soothing down.
