Why would an employer do this? Help beside job...?
Ok, so I really looked-for this commission at a truck stop (yes, I know, it's not glamorous but I needed a duty!). I bursting out an application, get 2 interviews, and consequently the woman who interviewed me told me to bid her within a week if she hadn't call me already because it looked approaching I be really going to acquire the undertaking.
I call her and she started spanking around the bush describing me "oh, I stipulation to finish my interviews and oh, i'm waiting for the bureau to bid me" and so forth.
I've be turned down resembling this back, so my cross-question is, why don't they only let somebody know you that you're unqualified or they found someone else instead of simply whipping around the bush and playing guessing games?! Is near anything I can enunciate to them?

If you really want to receive an answer you can ask them "Can you inform me if my recommendation come together the employment requirements? If not, please agree to me know so that I can start looking at other opportunities". Just ask them point blank.
I hold 3 friends as powerfully as myself, looking for a opening, going on interviews and I will recount you that companies almost NEVER capture stern to individuals. These are also corporate positions so they really should know better. I am so disgusted near looking for job and businesses not getting support to ethnic group.
