How to prepare Report to Boss?
Dear All,
we enjoy a software of reporting in our company on which everyone is submitting their reports, at the ending of the week my Boss requests me to distribute the status of report separately who is submitting their each day report or not. ( I hold to breed it contained by Ms.Excel )
I newly want to know if anyone can share draft of that characteristics of reporting or theory how to present professional report to the paperwork?

This is species of a compliance report.
First want on what information you hold to report. As i apprehend, the following details should be included in the report
- Name of the report
- Name of the being responsible
- Due date
- Date submitted
- Remarks (if applicable)
Have a suitable heading close to "Compliance report for the week finished xx/xx/xxxx"
Also followings points will also be adjectives.
- should be brief. Management requirements to enjoy individual an overall perception of the situation, not adjectives the details
- Don't over-format -- Even though formatting can sometimes be angelic, some do not close to it. Eg. If you bold a manuscript , don't give emphasis to it. Don't support paragraph, keep hold of them left-aligned.
- If you do it on a communication format, you hold to put details close to "From","To","Date" & "Subject"
