Help writing a suggestion on LinkedIn?

I enjoy be asked to recommend a co-worker on LinkedIn. I dont mind, since I feel he is really pious at what he does... He does Application Support surrounded by our IT department. I hold have a fortune to work a great deal beside him. but when I sit down to if truth be told write the suggestion... I am stuck. I dont know where on earth to start off. I really want to recommend him... but I dont know how to start... If anyone have any tips or any examples for me, I would really appreciate it.
