What do u consider something like supervisors who name-calling thier authority?
I work at a big company within a phone center next to in the order of 200 reps and give or take a few 20 supervisors which give every supervisor roughly speaking 10 reps to keep watch on after and some of them are really impertinent to thier power for example if they don't really similar to they will dispatch you home write you up for anything they discern resembling and if they come into work in a desperate mood they will hold it out on and supply you a really unyielding time. I am fortunate that I win along justly okay beside my supervisor but some of them are really stingy and unmerited. Why are they approaching this it's not anybodies else defect for anything downfalls they are have within thier personal lives so why do thay hold it out on the rest of the workers i only head covering it when the "big guy" picks on the "little people". I imagine someday they will bring near karma and it will come fund to time 10 fold. What do u think

You're experiencing a "culture" issue at your place of work. There's an assembly-line type of work atmosphere, base on production and number of call, etc. It's correct that you regard you've get it mastered, but I'd keep under surveillance myself. The senior running is looking for slave-driver type of mentality and these supervisors are potential overwhelmed.
I'd maintain my snout verbs, but hope opportunity elsewhere.
