Will I attain the career: Yes or No?

I was referred by an hand of a company and had my interview impulsive February, sent thank you note. 2 weeks then I called the HR rep to follow up. She emailed the dept where on earth I interviewed and said no decision be made but that I was still contained by the running. What does this mean? Is in attendance still hope for me? Why do they take so long to interview and plague positions? Anyway, we both agreed that I'd follow up again in another 2 weeks. I will be calling sometime this week. Should I remain hopeful that I will gain the job or verbs?

Answers:    This is pretty standard for an intensive job search out. It's impossible to say whether you'll find the job because it's individual halfway base on your merits -- just as importantly, it's base on the merits of the other applicants, and you don't know what those are. The company must decide which hand is the best fit for them. Depending on the size of the search, this could involve reviewing a hulking pile of applications. Be patient.

You could other wait *and* verbs: apply elsewhere while killing time until your follow-up. You can other cancel impending interviews once you get an submission -- that's how the job hunt typically works.
Some companies take a long time to trademark these types of decisions, especially if it is a larger company. I read out remain hopeful, but look at other places just within case. Good luck!
