Feel approaching this is out of my league, or self sabatoge, should I apply even if underqualified?
I want to apply for a current postion witihin my company but afraid of getting laugh at and turned down. For the final 12 years I hold worked as a CNA within nurisng homes, private duty, telemetry, ob and immediately the ER for the ultimate year. I go stern to conservatory and hold two more semeters until I complet my bachlors. My current opportunity contained by a hospital is hiring for a coordinator for pediatrics and it is a leadership/professional position although they single required a large conservatory diploma. My intrest is near women and children issues, eduction and community helath so this is right for me to gain valueable experince. However i do not want to be aware of silly for applying for a postion they might never endow with to a CNA as we are used to be the low man on the totum pole. My manger will know of this inquiry of a postion and I am afraid of end or someone recounting me I do not qualify for this postion and me have to adopt that, plus still work beside these citizens. Is this self sabatoge on my segment?
