Job References?

I worked for a place that I had a huge falling out beside my supervisor. I didn't get fired, and I didn't quit, but it be assumed by the supervisor and myself that I was not coming rear legs. Everything was not here up in the upper air. Now, I've worked at a new place for 5 months or so and I'm applying for a exotic position that has come up inwardly the company. It is an apprenticeship. I've gone directly to the boss and enquired just about it without knowing at the time that the apprenticeship be even available, so I've demonstrated my interest, and I work hard within my job. Question is, if he asks me why I own no reference from my ultimate employer should I be honest or try to hide it? I do hold a character hint. Should I just say-so what happened and consequently go on to enunciate that I've been working contained by the company for some months and I think I've proved myself to be a apposite employee etc...? The previous employer still owes me wages also, should I mention that?

Answers:    Don't mention the previous employer still owes you wages. You will look close to you hold a grudge. Don't lie. that will come pay for and bite you. If they hired you five months ago I doubt they will even look at your pervious employeer... if they ask be honest about what happen
(try to decide what really happen, even if it was mutual if they did not fire you and you did not show up to me that say you quit..which is fine... but be honest),
What you want to emphisize is the great job you own done in times past 5 months.

Good Luck!
i think u shud b honest coz lying might receive the problem worse and hinder ur apprentiship
fitting luck :-)
