My son worked for a construction company as a self employed worker, lamentably he have to skulk 4 weeks for his UTR number, which expected that the company could not preserve his errand start for him very soon he have his UTR no and the company are presently refuse to rate him for the 5 days that he have originally worked for them. Can they do this ? .
