Working for BNSF?

I be offered a commission to work for BNSF within the Labor Relations Department as a clerk. I be wondering if anyone could provide me some specific information in the order of what this position entail, what its resembling working for BNSF. I am a touch like a cat on hot bricks roughly speaking switching job because I'm in the order of to carry married subsequent month and simply purchased a house. I know that this position is a income belt 28, but I'm not exactly sure what the position exact payrate is single that its more than what I clear very soon. I currently work for the city of arlington, as a chronicles center technician making in the order of 17/hr. I'm contained by a postion where on earth here isn't any room for advancement. My husband works for BNSF but I'm afraid he wasn't severely learned more or less this. He did read out that when the communication he recieves from Labor Relations is usually information between the union and the company. Not sure what a clerk would do but within is a ton of advancement beside BNSF. I can also communicate you that they do plentifully of circumstance checking formerly hiring and every exact entry have to check out.
