Nervous something like resigning - I have need of backing!?
I am moving support home (to another state) to be closer to my ethnic group and possibly turn to arts school. I've be at my current living for in the order of 10-11 months and share my workload near another girl who trained me. We share a big cubicle. I'm afraid to report my boss and my coworker that I am moving. My boss is extremely busy and never around, so I don't even know her outstandingly in good health. And she doesnt own her own department - only a cubicle - so near's no privacy when I do hold to permit her know. I'm afraid she and my coworker will be cracked at me for departure after smaller amount than a year and departing her next to the workload and because of the privacy issue and the reality that I'm not really comfortable conversation to my boss, I don't know how to do this! Would a formal epistle not here on her desk and a separate personal reminder me plenty, or should I find a bearing to transmit her one-sidedly? I struggle next to this because I'm a outstandingly shy character (I own social anxiety disorder) and attain nervy simply asking for a light of day stale. Any proposal?
