Answers: I'm NOT a fan of the content of your site, but from a design standpoint:
1. Get rid of the veined background. It's very distracting not to mention clashes next to the design. I suggest using a solid color background instead, to draw attention to the content.
2. The title and tagline ("Easy Dollars" et al) could be a little more attractive as capably. Right now the black just doesn't pop out. I suggest using a larger font size. Right in a minute it looks like it was simply slapped on the banner.
3. The light blue key body text could use more contrast (make it lighter). Don't use italics, either, it is tough to read. In general though, light essay on dark backgrounds is harder on eyes than the other road around.
4. Get rid of the red text. Never put red text on a blue surroundings. Ever. I get a headache even glancing at it, so I don't read it.
Try visit some sites to get some ideas for complementary color scheme. I will list them in the source.
Add some content to it... your situation color , title, description needs to be modified.
I suggest to add content within the middle, and the referrals in on the moved out and right side of screen. or in a different page.
