how can i be sure that ebay is 100% reliable when buying which requires shipping worldwide. i want to buy a laptop but i am not sure whether i'll receive the mentioned product. so if u know anyone who u recommend, it would be great. thxx!!

I'm not sure what you denote about "requires shipping worldwide". Do you mean you are surrounded by a non-US country, or do you mean the seller is? My personage eBay rule is that I don't buy from any seller outside the U.S. or Canada. You may have a different feelings.
