Fly-sheet (advertisment) for a hotel?

I need to make a fly-sheet for a hotel for my homework but get no idea how to do it :-/
The flier should contain a rebate,like 'the price of the room is (for example) $220 for 3 days,BUT if you rent it in a minute you will get 5 days all-inclusive for only $200'...something close to that.If you have any useful links where on earth I can see how that flier actually should look like or a polite idea for it please let me know.

Here is some proposal.

Start with the header, make it stand out beside power words like for example "Amazingly Low Room Rates, Limited Time Only!"

Then write your ad paper and em-phase the message you made in your headline further, in this satchel, low room rates.

Name the original price and the price they can get it for if they ACT TODAY. Em-phase the constrained time offer and ask for an action, close to for example "Don't let this amazing offer exceed you by, ACT TODAY!"
