You are a marketing manger in that company. A responsibility has been assigned to

Who is your target audience? If they are teens and young adults, I'd have signage strategically placed at events they'd frequent, such as amusement parks, movies, haunted houses, malls, etc. Near the signage, I'd hold a booth set up to give away the drinks as a promotion. I'd also setup a promotional website to drive demand and stir up strong purchasing behaviors. If possible, I'd gather their e-mail info by having them sign up at a booth to win something resembling a car (Scion Tc, Honda Civic) and for about X months I'd congregate their information for e-mail blasts directing them to the site. This booth would be set up in one of the places I listed at the establishment near one of the major banner.
They open new soft drinks surrounded by my market often (does anyone else remember Pepsi Clear?) The most effectual way I think I own seen is to take the soft drink to the school. Give out samples to high academy and college kids ( who love free stuff) and if they like it they will be loyal to you, because you gave them something free. giving out free sample so the consumer can sample the soft drink to see how they like it, and if they do they will most expected want to buy it. You could put up advertisments too with creative slogans and pictures. or make a commercial roughly speaking it.
