A blog IS a website and it is FREE. What is your blog promoting? Do you know how repeatedly to update your blog and near what content? Do you include ( or not) Adsense ad within your blog (this is a critical issue). Do you want to earn 20 cents or $20? Blogger and Wordpress are both professional but my vote go for Blogger(I am NOT promoting it. Just an inference.)
