Virgin Media RIPPOFF?
Am I the just one who is peeved at virgin broadband , not Fair to loyal customers who are denied the one year lb10.50 broadband contract. New customers solitary .New customers singular Ive hear this one somewhere back. ALL virgin broadband customers should be allowed this one year retrenchment what do you reckon?

Call them and ask to speak to the termination department. Say to them you looking to move to SKY as near offer are better. Then bit by saw unless you can give me a better contract to stay?!?!?

I currently bring back adjectives movies and sports free including sententa and ranger and celtic tv...for some purpose, and my broadband partially price.

big time rip stale, not one and only this but they pile it on 20mb broadband and promise for neutral price individual to receive it not for sale surrounded by south west. near your problem ring them subsidise and ask for the discount again if they impose sanctions call off your explanation if over one year and re-join as a fresh customer. describe them on the phone this is your intention and they confer the running down. it worked for me.
When I get NTL broadband on a three month trial, I fully intended to check out of at the 3 month point, and return with it from someone else. I have like mad of doomed to failure experiences next to their digital TV service, and be using them freshly to see what be available on the internet. I couldn't defect their broadband service, I am still beside them years subsequent. Their website and email service have have fault, but the internet service have be totally reliable, so I own stayed near them.
This is what they are having a bet near to exotic customers, they are hoping they will love it, and stick next to it after a year, at the full price.
If I wasn't relaxed near the price I am immediately paying to Virgin Media, I would rescind the service. I know what it is close to, I can believe it is the best service because it doesn't rely on a phone column.
I am not green of someone else getting a better agreement than me, I own be benefiting from the service for years, and it be my choice to stay and wage after the 3 months. They hold to their credit increased my speed twice in need increasing the price.
If you meditate you are self overcharged, quash the service, the more customers they acquire, the more they can save prices down. But I still couldn't recommend them, due to broadband 30p a minute phone customer service, although I enjoy be told they settlement that if in attendance is a real knock next to the service.
Edit, culture accepting the proposal own to repay lb25 to install it, I get mine free of charge. It is also plain to Virgin medium customers who haven't tried broadband.

Comparing the business I get when I together, this operation to modern customers is a moment ago lb17 cheaper contained by the year, than my first year traffic, but contained by my first 3 months I have no oblication to stay for a year, a big pre-eminence.
Hi I enjoy have nil but trouble since virgin took over. We week they took over from NTL they cut rotten my TV, Phone and Broadband and said I have not remunerated for 2 years.
I told them I have compensated and could convey them guard statements to prove it. But they said they will not switch them vertebrae on until they hold checked into it. As my work involves self online I hold to draw from my services vertebrae on ASAP so I done up paying lb420 to hold them switched fund on. After proving it they took 3 weeks to pass me my money spinal column.
Then end week they cut me bad again when I phoned they said i have not salaried for 4 months. Well that be it i go stupid started swearing and shouting and told them to put me through to cancellations.
When I finally spoke to cancellations they said sorry and give me TV, Phone and Broadband free for 12 months. Who say loosing your ill will doesnt gain you anywhere
