Best FREE blog host beside exposure revenue sharing?

I'm looking for a free blog hosting service that offer promotion revenue sharing (I want to return with rewarded to blog so dont newly influence blogger.com or any of those other crappy sites).

I found one I similar to but I can't find any reviews or anything going on for them on G00GLE..

I use Today.com - they are free and also consent to you hold your own subdomain and fire up you to put your own ad on your blog if you want to create money.
