Create a really catchy and excellently written press release and convince Editors of local magazine and journalists to element this.
Have a TV commercial made, to be aired locally.
Posters, streamers, would also give a hand.
You could also rent a booth at the shopping precinct, furnish out flyers, sample and promotional items.
