During an interview for Account Executive position, the boss of the ad agency who interviewed me told me that he prefers fresh nation and is positive in the order of my skills, qualification and opinion of yourself. But he have be experiencing cases close to after training the fresh grad for 6mths to 1 year, the tale executive purely moves on to another high take-home pay agency.
