Has anyone tried an opt-out email company? Where if u hold a biz & have need of some exposure they will email general public?
but it is opt out, not spam. I chew over it's $100 for 100,000 emails. So I lately looked-for to know if it be anything shady. Thank you

The 2 nation who answered are both trying to scam you. Just because you name it "opt out" doesn't be going to it isn't spam.
Most of these companies freshly pilfer your money and never transport out the emails.
To return with exposure you must repay the hunt engines. (G00GLE, yahoo)
also try www.touchdownoffices.co.uk they do similer things and i've used them so know it's undisruptive
