Does eBay hold a claims dept. to profile a break claim against them and/or their insurance company? Who else have experienced unreasonable business practices by eBay? I swear, I want to smash the frontage contained by of the ones who own bothered and cause our reason such a loss. It's humiliating.

Bet you are / be contained by contravention of their TOS. There's so much crap within at hand LONG and HARD to take TOS, I'll bet most lawyer can't lower than stand it.
