Volumn have be set to the program / movie?? You know that the volumn is right for proper audible range, and suddenly a commercial come "BLARING ON", interrupting you train of thought, conversations near other people member, etc.
I BELEAVE THAT THE TIME HAS COME TO E-MAIL / PHONE THE ADVERTISORS AND INFORM THEM THAT YOU WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE OF THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE ADVERTISMENT'S VOLUMN!

The OXICLEAN and ORANGEGLO screamer guy basically bugs the crap out of me! I have an idea that the products look accurate, but will never buy them because of the ad.
There is one simple use why the commercials are so much louder. Think in the order of it. What do you do during a commercial? Go the refrigerator, the bathroom, perchance receive some clothes out of the dryer, step outside for 2 minutes, check your email or [fill in the blank]
While you are not in advance of the TV, the advertisers still want your attention and they are paying better prices to obtain it.
