WEB DEVELOPERS! abet me?

This guy wants me to include something to his ecommerce site where ppl will be capable of list stuff for Dutch auction on his website. So I need to develope something similar to ebay, except the customer will not own to pay third group. They will just settle up on the site, as they normally would any regular site (like Amazon)
So how much would you charge to create this?


Answers:    My rate for eCommerce stuff is $150 per hour. However I other charge a min based in good time expected to complete. Third upfront.

Word of advice... every small errand will turn into a large brief.. count on it.
